Study On The Right Of Speech Construction Of Network Ideological And Political Education

The voice of online ideological and political education is the main content of the network ideological and political education activities.Discourse undergoning a process from long word to short word and from complex word to simple word,which has made the thinking mode of the educatee become concrete and segmented,and the phenomenon of the content fragmentation of network tools dissimilation has appeared,and the realization of the intended effect of network ideological and political education has become difficult.So we must speed up the competition for the right to say in online ideological and political education to actively guide the network public opinion to the correct value direction.to promote the combination of ideological and political education discourse theory and practice,and to strengthen the ideological dominance and leadership of China.Besides,it can give full play to the effectiveness of online ideological and political education,and to break the unfavourable situation of the original ideological and political education discourse.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey to study and analyze the status quo of online ideological and political education from the perspective of the whole society,and proposes the corresponding paths.The thesis defines the right to speak,the right to speak in ideological and political education,and the right to speak in online ideological and political education.It is based on Foucault's theory of "power discourse",Gramsci's theory of "cultural leadership",Makesiliening's theory of ideological discourse power,and the theory of ideological discourse power of Chinese Communists.It points out the constituent elements of discourse power in the network ideological and political education,namely the persuasion of the subject of discourse,the degree of recognition of the educatee,the rationality of discourse content,the innovation of discourse form,the effectiveness of discourse platform,and the optimization of discourse context.This paper explores the problems and challenges facing the construction of the right to speak in ideological and political education in the position of network.It is mainly manifested in the following: short board and lack of team capacity of the discourse subject,the apparent post-metaphorical cultural phenomenon and the weak explanatory power of the discourse content,the fragmentation of discourse expression and the diversity of discoursecommunication,the weakness of domestic platform and the weak civil power of the international platform,and the inherent advantages of Western discourse.Internet regulation is relatively soft.At the same time,the paper analyzes the reasons for these problems and challenges,such as the changing status of educators and educatees,the impact of Western media,and the alienation of values.Finally,according to the challenges faced by the discourse power of online ideological and political education,the author puts forward the corresponding feasible countermeasures: strengthening the discourse subject,guiding the discourse object,innovating the discourse form,setting up the discourse platform,and optimizing the discourse context.By the research of this article,it is hoped that it can provide reference for the improvement of online ideological and political education,provide some methods for the construction of the voice of online ideological and political education,and realize the harmonious development of multiculturalism under the guidance of mainstream values.
