Research On The Implementation Of The Civil Case Registration System

The German philosopher Kant said that law is the bottom line of moral standards.To resolve the dispute through civil procedure is to ensure justice.The civil registration system has been in effect for more than two years,and it has been alleviated in the case of different standards of prosecution,too strict,and too high the threshold of litigation.However,it also makes the case of excessive litigation and the lack of contradiction between the case and the case,which both increases the pressure of the court's handling of cases and makes the limited judicial resources more intense.Therefore,the implementation of China's civil registration system needs to make some efforts in the face of increasing judicial pressure and fewer cases.At the same time,to ensure the right of appeal and jurisdiction,the reasonable allocation of judicial resources is the basic principle of civil filing system.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part,the introduction,the reasons for the writing,and the methods to be used,through the empirical research and theoretical analysis of the research method to write this article.The second part elaborates the basic theory of civil filing system.In the third part,the author investigates the system of civil cases outside the region and analyzes the relevant systems of foreign countries from the mainland law system and the Anglo-American law system.The fourth part analyzes the current situation,the dilemma and the cause of the dilemma.The fifth part establishes the conception of the implementation of the civil registration system.The emergence of civil registration system is the demand of judicial practice,which needs us to solve the problem better.The sixth part,the conclusion,the conclusion,based on the reality,hope that our country's civil registration system can be further improved and implemented in the future practice.
