A Study On Women's Ideological And Political Education Of The Communist Party Of China In The National Economic Recovery Period

In the grand background of the national economic recovery period,in order to mobilize women,the indispensable social force,the Communist Party of China carried on fruitful and effective ideological and political education for women on the basis of Marxist feminist theory.These measures helped improve the women's enthusiasm and confidence in the construction of New China and played a significant role in promoting economic recovery and development.This paper makes a further study of women's ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China during the national economic recovery period by means of historical approach and document analysis method,etc.In this paper,we argue that according to the domestic and international situations and women's practical situation during the national economic recovery period,the Communist Party of China educated the women in the aspects of situation and policies,the idea of uniting in women,the self-confidence,self-reliance and self-liberation of women,the new democratic concept of love and marriage and patriotism with the theme of“Resisting US Aggression and Aiding Korea and Home”.In the process of disseminating these contents,the Party made full use of various educational methods in accordance with women's characters at that time.These methods included the theoretical propaganda by all kinds of ways such as broadcast and women's journal which were easy to be understood,comparing social status during the domestic women in the new society,the women in the old society and the women in the foreign countries,practical education of celebrating women's day and launching women's movements and setting examples of women in New China and the Soviet Union.The ideological and political education which was pertinence and according with the characteristics of women not only improved the overall quality of women rapidly and facilitated the completion of the central task in the national economic recovery period,but also had a long-term impact on the subsequent socialist reformation and construction,which was extremely meaningful.In this paper,the national economic recovery period which was distinctive and remarkable in the history of women's ideological and political education is selected as the research period.On the basis of reviewing the contents and methods of the women's ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China,we summarize the experience of women's ideological and political education at that time and draw some general rules and enlightenment from it,which are aimed at providing the reference experience to the women's ideological and political education of Communist Party of China at present.
