Reaerach On The Protection Of LGBT Rights

In the 21 practical day,many new social phenomena and problems have been generated.LGBT phenomenon and related problems are one of them.In the past 20 years,the whole LGBT movement has gone up.The gay activities represented by the gay group have been launched.They have been constantly voicing their demands and gaining equal rights.Based on this,the public has a deeper cognition and understanding of the LGBT group.There is no doubt that the LGBT group,as a minority,should be protected by their rights.On the one hand,the western international before we step in the past 20 years,they developed a variety of laws to safeguard the legitimate rights of the LGBT group,it is regrettable that the legal protection of the rights of LGBT people in China is still in a blank state,there is no relevant system guarantee timely follow up.The guarantee is also a blank.In real life,LGBT groups are often discriminated against.Most of them are not accepted by the mainstream culture and groups.Therefore,their recognition of their own gender and the demand for same-sex couples' marital rights and personal property disputes have been troubling them.Because of the above reasons,this article hopes to bring the content of LGBT's rights into the legal system and clarify its rights and obligations.Therefore,after defining the research object in this paper,through the analysis of the LGBT concept of historical development and internal rights division,study on the feasibility and necessity of same-sex unions into law,combined with the latest data and learn from western countries,the existing security system,in addition to explore suitable for China's LGBT group right security system and mode.In this paper,the methods of empirical analysis,historical investigation,concept investigation and comparative analysis are used in this paper.Through a large number of literature reading and practical exploration,we hope to ensure the accuracy and tightness of the research,so that the argument and views of the article are more convincing.In order to ensure the rights of the LGBT group,it will further promote the protection and development of the rights of the LGBT group.
