The Choice Of Legislation Mode And The System Design Of Homosexuality In China

With the rapid development of the times,many phenomena and problems in our real life walk outside the law,and homosexuality and related issues is one of them.According to statistics,homosexual people account for about 5% of the adult population,this proportion of the population in different regions and countries to maintain a relatively stable number.Over the past two decades,homosexual phenomena and problems are slowly being accepted and changed in the world.Many western countries have enacted legislation to give same-sex couples the right to combine with each other in the name of marriage.Homosexual legalization seems to be part of marriage and family law.However,in China,homosexuality and legalization of the problem seems to have not been addressed,the relevant system and protection of rights and interests is also blank.However,due to the past and present situation of homosexuality,it is necessary to study the feasibility and necessity of combining homosexuality into the law,and draw lessons from the existing legislative techniques of western countries,and discuss the problem of homosexuality,same-sex partner's marriage and identity and property disputes.China's homosexual combination of legislative models and systems,in order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of this group is a very meaningful thing.
