The Study Of Huang Zunxian's Thought Of Reformist

The reform thought originated from the Westernization Movement after the Opium War and flourished in the movement of 1898,and finally ended in the establishment of the Republic of China.Its thought was between the Westernization Movement and the Democratic Republic thought,which advocated the establishing of constitutional system of the capitalist monarchy by changing the feudal autocratic system without overthrowing the Qing Dynasty in the way of political reform.In the late Qing Dynasty,Huang Zunxian was a typical representative of the reform.Huang Zunxian is a famous poet,diplomatic official and reformer of the late Qing Dynasty in China.After years of serving as a foreign official in the state,Huang Zunxian carefully observed and studied the political system of western countries,witnessed the superiority of the western capitalist political system comparing to the feudal autocratic system,and was influenced by the separation of powers and the thought of rule of law,and began to imitate Britain and Japan to conduct political reform.He compiled books to publicize the grand occasion of Meiji Reform in Japan,and guided a group of Chinese people to pursue political progress and political civilization.In the period of reform movement of 1898,Huang Zunxian,as an official of the Hunan reformists,actively responded to the reform and incorporated the theory of local autonomy and the theory of the rule of law into the reform measures,and actively organized the creation of the reform measures.As an important place to enlighten the wisdom of the people,he designed and founded the Southern society and the Security Bureau to promote people's civil rights consciousness,which has left a thick and heavy mark in the reform history.On full absorption and drawing on the experiences of the existing research materials,this paper divides Huang Zunxian's reform thought into four chapters.Thefirst chapter examines Huang Zunxian's life experience and the path of his ideological development,explores the development process of Huang Zunxian's thought,and carefully summarizes the development venation of the ideas.The second chapter focuses on the three aspects of Huang Zunxian's reform thought: the constitutional monarchy,the reform of the rule of law and the theory of local autonomy.At different levels,this chapter expatiates on the content,characteristics and mechanism design of reformative thinking,and find the characteristic content in his thoughts.The third chapter objectively analyzes the influence and limitations of Huang Zunxian's political thought,explores the role played by Huang Zunxian's political thought in history and the original cause of the failure of the thought.The last fourth chapter explores the enlightenment value for the current political development,and absorbs the realistic significance of the current political development and the socialist construction in the critique.
