With the improvement of marketization and openness in China's social transformation, people's expectation of marriage's independent choice is strengthened, and the constraints of traditional family and marriage concept are impacted. At the same time, the increase of women's educational level has greatly improved their economic independence and ideological independence, and they have more marriage autonomy.Secondly, the decline of the sex ratio and the aging of the structure of the population in our country have contributed to the general postponement of the age of first marriage for women and the dramatic increase in the number of unmarried women, which not only do not contribute to the normal functioning of the social and demographic structure, but also cause some losses to the economic development of China. Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence factors of women's marriage choice and the effect of wage change. In addition,as a large heterogeneous country,Chinese special urban and rural dualistic structure, and the differences of regional economic and cultural are hard to ignore,so this paper based on different perspectives of the division of the regions to study the characteristics of women's marital choice and wage changes.Based on the theoretical analysis,we put forward four hypotheses and divided the CFPS 2014 cross section data samples into urban and rural data sets, urban and rural data sets, urban and rural data sets, regional data sets, typical area data sets, and data sets by marriageable age reference groups, age groups, etc. We used the more flexible dual-option Logit model, the extended Mincer salary estimate model and the classic Heckman two-step method to test the hypothesis. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: Under the condition of other variables, rural women are more likely to get married than urban women. The factors that influence women's choice of marriage have regional differences, for example,in urban and rural differences, the influence of objective variables on women's marital choices was more pronounced, while in North-South differences, the influence of subjective cognitive variables on women's marital choices was more pronounced.Interactive effects between the economic factors and cognitive factors have impact on the marriage choices.Generally, the "marriage discount" effect of married women's wages explains the choice of women's marriage to some extent, but in some regions, such as the eastern region, especially in Shanghai, women's wages even appear more prominent "marriage premium" phenomenon.
