Research On The Issues Of Legal Regulations Of China's Retailing Export In Cross-border E-commerce

In recent years,with the development of global network technology and global consumer transformation,China's cross-border e-commerce retail outlet has been greatly developed by virtue of its advantages in manufacturing and traditional exporting countries.However,there are still many problems in the development process such as platform access,cross-border payment and logistics,international taxation,and after-sales processing,which require the government to improve the relevant legislation to regulate.Actively promoting the establishment of a cross-border e-commerce retail export laws and regulations system will be an important direction.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on cross-border e-commerce retail export and its legislation,this paper analyzes the current situation of China's cross-border e-commerce retail outlets.It as well thoroughly analyzes the flaws of cross-border e-commerce retailing from the perspective of government legislation and mainly focus on legal deficiencies exports,including pre-transaction government supervision mechanisms,market access and platform supervision,and information security protection,transaction link payment,logistics and taxation,post-transaction intellectual property disputes,post-sale disputes,and.Secondly,this study sorts out the legislation status of cross-border e-commerce retail exports of relevant international organizations and major countries as well as domestic advanced regions and based on these facts,an in-depth comparative analysis is conducted.Finally,through the combination of the problems existing in various entities and the lack of links in various aspects of the current law which is in the cross-border e-commerce retail export and drawing lessons from the legislative experience of advanced regions at home and abroad,China's cross-border e-commerce retail export legislation common suggestions,as well as specific legislative proposals in,logistics,payment,and after-sales processing shall be put forward.
