The Marxism equality thought is an important part of Marxism theory.It illuminates the connotation and essence of equality,analyzes the characteristic of relativity,history and class nature of the equality problem,indicates the main path of realizing social equality based on the profound critique of Capitalism equality thought and reveal of the restriction of Capitalism equality thought.To solve the current social inequality of China under the guidance of Marxism equality thought is meaningful.Employment discrimination violates people's dignity and the right of personality,erodes the fairness and justice of China,leads to the severe inefficiency of human resource,harms the harmony and stability of China,and it's of great disadvantage for China's economic and social sustainable development.This paper analyzes the problem of China's employment discrimination and explores the practical path to resolve employment discrimination of China under the guidance of Marxism equality thought.It's mainly comprised of three parts.In the first part,it comprehensively does the review and summazation of Marxism equality thought.It contains the analyzation the main contents,essence,dialectalcharacter and social meaning of classical Marxism equality thought,the inspection of the inheritance and development of classical Marxism equality thought of Chinese communists,the summazation of the core thought,essence,dialectical character and its important meaning of Chinese characteristic Marxism equality thought based on the systemically backtracking and review of the theoretical origin and its development process.It is of great guiding significance for classical Marxism equality thought and Chinese characteristic Marxism equality thought to solve employment discrimination of China.In the second part,It contains the systemic analyzation of the problem and its reason of employment discrimination of China.At first it mentions the generalization and summazation of the employment discrimination problems the various groups of Chinese people now may be facing adopted by the method of data analyzation and case analysis combined based on the information of investigation and documentary.At second,it comprehensively analyzes the employment discrimination problems of China from various perspective of system,concept and behavior before the evaluation of negative consequence the discriminated groups and even the whole society bear amid employment discrimination of China based on the ideology of classical Marxism equality thought and Chinese characteristic Marxism equality thought.At last,it explores a practical path to resolve employment discrimination of China under the guidance of classical Marxism equality thought and Chinese characteristic equality thought and Chinese characteristic equality thought where it contains specific counter measures such as establish Marxism equality thought in employment,comprehensive economic development through multiple measures,the sound laws of fair employment,relative employment system reform,changes of ideology of employers and employees,a fair and stable employment environment creation and job-seekers' skills improvements.
