The discrimination of female employment seriously damaged the realization of equal employment rights, which is not conducive to women's rights protection and implementation of the concept of gender equality is not conducive to family unity, social harmony and stability, the value of today's society is the pursuit of harmony, not well implement the concept of gender equality female employment rights can not be effectively protected the value of our country to deviate from the pursuit.Employment inequalities between men and women workers, women in the course of employment and occupation by the number of sex discrimination, the existence of this phenomenon can not be ignored as a one of the reasons is that there is a vacancy on the law-making, not a sound legal system to regulate specific this problem.
