Since the question of simultaneous visual recording with sound has the function of regulating police behavior and protecting the rights of interrogated people,the United Kingdom first established the relevant code in 1984 Police and Criminal Evidence.With constant judicial practice,police gradually discovered another function of interrogating synchronized audiovisual recordings,effectively fixing the statements of the interrogated people and protecting the police from false accusations.Interrogated synchronized recordings were therefore accepted by police and gradually introduced in criminal proceedings in other countries.With the continuous development of criminal proceedings in our country,in order to prevent illegal evidence collection,the rights of people interrogated are protected.Interrogating synchronous video recording gradually appears.Because of the objective,comprehensive,dynamic and accurate recording of the whole process of interrogation,interrogation synchronous recording has played an important role in the procedural judgments of illegal evidence in our country.At the same time,with the continuous accumulation of judicial practice experience,the function to prove the facts of the case in substantive referees has become increasingly prominent.However,due to the dependence on simultaneous recording and recording technology,the legal provisions of this kind of evidence in our country are still not perfect,resulting in a lot of gaps in the review of the evidence and the non-standardization of judicial application.This makes the function of interrogating simultaneous recording and video can not be effectively played,and these urgent problems need us to sort out and improve.This paper first studies the emergence,development,characteristics and litigation value of interrogated simultaneous recording and recording video,combs the course of development,clarifies the significance and establishes the theoretical basis for the review and application.Second,by presenting the status quo in our country's review and application,we put forward the urgent problems to be solved in the review and application.Finally,through the research and discussion on the theory of censorship and application outside the territory,we try to put forward the more comprehensive and feasible measures to improve the value.
