Local Correspondence In The "Great Leap Forword" Movement

With the research on the “Great Leap Forward” Movement,there have been many research results at home and abroad.As the study deepen gradually,the research results of the“Great Leap Forward” movement,a large part of them are analyzed from a macroscopic perspective,and to a certain extent ignored China is a feature of economic,political,social,and other unbalanced country,and the extent of the enthusiasm and harm of the “Great Leap Forward” movement is very different in different provinces.The Jiangxi Province during the“Great Leap Forward” is a very special province.The province was not only lightly harmed,but also supported more than half of China's grain supply.Therefore,the author continued to carefully study the special region of Jiangxi during the “Great Leap Forward” on the results of the integration of predecessors' studies,especially at the time on the decision-making issues of local leaders.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter analyzes the background of the“Great Leap Forward”.The second chapter describes the “Great Leap Forward” movement.In the early stage of the “Great Leap Forward”,the Central Party Committee was in full the criticism of the “rightist conservative” thought and public opinion ' s propaganda.Jiangxi Province is no exception to the “Great Leap Forward” movement,and examples illustrate the "record" achieved after the “Great Leap Forward” in Jiangxi Province,but more is a prosperous exuberant.The third chapter analysis of Jiangxi Province the reason why “the scenery is good here”,the cruel reality was presented to the Jiangxi political leaders,the leaders of Jiangxi had profound reflections and taking corresponding measures in time to make up for the mistakes committed before.The fourth chapter takes the Jiangxi leaders as the center,that is,realizes the transformation of research into people,and further studies the qualities and abilities that local leaders should upgrade.We must always adhere to the ideological line of proceeding from reality,linking theory with practice,seeking truth from facts,adhering to and developing truth in practice,and always adhering to all work lines that rely on the masses and all for the interests of the masses;local governments should have the guts and courage to adapt to local conditions,instead of blindly implementing all policies of the superior.
