Coexistence:Community Foundations Participate In Community Governance Research

Community is a governance unit,attempting social integration through institutional design and technology governance to meet the growing community needs and provision of public goods.However,with the transformation of government functions,grassroots society advocates changing the government's single management model.The main body forces promote the overall and systematic development of social governance projects.As a local,non-profit social organization,community foundations can promote the symbiosis of multi-subject cooperation.As a reference to the social symbiosis theory,we will specifically analyze how the community foundations work to realize the symbiosis of multi-subject cooperation.This paper finds that community foundations are one of the community governance units through PY case.Based on resources,they establish interactive and symbiotic relationships with governments,enterprises,and community residents through aggregating community resources.In the course of exploring the governance path,community foundations listen to multiple opinions in the face of limited resources,choose among community mobilization abilities,social responsibilities,and povertystricken care for the weak;finally,community funds realize multi-agent shared resources through project-based operations.,Designing projects for individuals,groups,and social organizations to nurture,to achieve the organizational goals of increasing community public goods,highlighting the value of enterprises in the district,and promoting community participation.In the process,community foundations,as one of the main actors in community governance,set up a resource aggregation platform,community consultation space,and resource allocation platform.However,the government-led community foundations are also faced with the development dilemma of resource dependence,internal structure vacancies,and local charitable cultural traditions being ignored.In the symbiosis of multi-subjects,the government still occupies a dominant position through resource control,personnel training,and culture.In the future,community foundations should become the role of community leaders.Then we need to further define and deepen the integration of community resources to build a community-based public welfare ecosystem.We need regard people as the center and promote self-fulfillment of community foundation and the symbiotic development of community governance system.
