Research On The Property Declaration Of China's Leading Cadres From The Perspective Of Administrative Ethic

Anti-corruption work has been carried out in China for many years.Our party and government have long attached great importance to the issue of leading cadres' styles.However,there are still phenomena of unfairness and corruption among leading cadres.The system of leading cadres' property declaration as a system of constraining the behavior of leading cadres and supervising the property of leading cadres has always been of great concern to the government and the people of our country.From the perspective of administrative ethics,this article focuses on the status quo,existing problems,and countermeasures for this system.The relationship between administrative ethics and the property declaration system of leading cadres is mainly reflected in three aspects.First,the declaration of property of leading cadres is an important part of the legalization of administrative ethics;second,the declaration of property of leading cadres is a concrete embodiment of the basic connotation of administrative ethics;The property declaration system is an important part of the administrative ethics supervision mechanism.The perspective of administrative ethics can also be understood as the perspective of administrative ethics.It is based on responsibility,power,and interests as the basis of administrative behavior norms and norms.Today,as the country vigorously implements anti-corruption work,from the perspective of administrative ethics,studying the issue of leading cadres' property declarations can enable the property declaration system to effectively contain the corruption of leading cadres after continuous improvement,and at the same time enable leading cadres to The property is innocent.How to formulate and innovate the property declaration system in the light of China ' s national conditions and the current forms of corruption by leading cadres,improve its content,and increase its effectiveness.Ultimately,the application of leading cadres' property has the highest practicality and execution capacity.This is currently a Very urgent issues that need to be studied.This article analyzes the problems existing in the current asset declaration from three aspects: the lack of ethics of the property declaration subject,the ethical absence of the property declaration system,and the lagof the ethical legal construction of the property declaration.The perspective of administrative ethics emphasizes strengthening the sense of responsibility and moral awareness of leading cadres in the field of ideological and moral issues.Moral self-discipline can reflect the subjective initiative of leading cadres.This can enable leading cadres to correctly understand and psychologically accept the property declaration system,and actively and timely perform property declaration work on time and on demand,which can greatly promote the smooth progress of property declaration work.As a result,the perspective of administrative ethics is the key to this study.This paper studies the status quo of China's leading cadres' property declaration,the problems in the application of property declarations,and analyzes the problems in administrative ethics.Finally,from the perspective of administrative ethic,it proposes measures to improve the system of property declaration for leading cadres in China.At present,the problems with property declaration in China mainly include inadequate cultural environment for leading cadres' property declarations,unclear responsibilities for property declaration,and lagging behind in the legal construction of property declaration.To improve these deficiencies,it is necessary to strengthen the ethical construction of property declaration subjects,promote the construction of an ethical environment for property declaration,and improve the ethical rule-of-law construction of property declaration.
