With the rapid development of society and continuous advancement of science and technology,digital camouflage technology plays an important role in modern warfare.How to improve the camouflage effect of digital camouflage has become a major issue in modern camouflage technology.At the same time,how to quickly work with digital camouflage in areas that require camouflage,the general manual spraying not only has the disadvantages of inefficiency and the difficulty of ensuring the accuracy of its digital camouflage unit at the border,but also causes the paint to volatilize many harmful during the spraying process.Gas,artificial spraying operations,operators will inevitably inhale harmful gases,which will cause harm to them.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to design digital camouflage camouflage technology and how to apply digital camouflage to the work surface quickly and accurately.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First,through a large number of reading domestic and foreign literature,and at the same time according to the domestic and foreign digital camouflage mainstream design methods,summed up a digital camouflage generation algorithm;use MATLAB 2014a software for digital camouflage design algorithm writing and running,generated to provide the background pattern required Digital camouflage pattern.Secondly,using the mechanical design,mechanical manufacturing and other professional knowledge,the mechanical system and accessories of the digital camouflage painting robot's mobile platform are designed.Using 3D software Solid Works to perform 3D modeling of digital camouflage painting robots and using the Workbench 15.0 under the ANSYS platform to build the corresponding finite element model,and at the same time,select a reasonable working condition to simulate the actual working environment of the digital camouflage painting robot and digital camouflage.The critical components of the painting robot apply the corresponding constraints and loads to complete the finite element analysis of the painting robot.By analyzing the stress distribution cloud map and the deformed cloud map of the response,further structural reinforcement is performed on the irrational areas of the stress concentration area or structure.Finally,using the upper and lower position machines to control the intelligent digital camouflage painting robot,the control system is divided into the camouflage image recognition system,the gun switch and the mobile control system,and the two systems are separately described in detail.At the same time,in order to verify the rationality of the design,under the established experimental flow,the designed digital camouflage running program is input into the intelligent digital camouflage painting robot,and the test scene is selected and the corresponding digital camouflage pattern is sprayed.The design of this topic not only has the characteristics of environmental protection and economy,but also has strong practicality.At the same time,it can also be used as a carrier for various mobile robot platforms and other mobile devices.
