Study On Main Body Of Rural Governance In Tunpu Area Of Central Guizhou

Village governance,as an important part of national governance,the results of rural governance are closely related to the goal of the State to achieve a system of governance and modernization of its governance capacity,Moreover,regulating the village governance is also the important foundation of the village governance system,which is based on the combination of autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue.By the end of 2016,Guizhous rural population accounted for 55.85 percent of the provinces total population,according to the Guizhou provincial statistics bureau.This data shows that the proportion of the rural population is still in the majority in Guizhou Province.Improving the rural governance has a great influence on the improvement of the overall governance level in Guizhou Province.Guizhou Province is a multi-ethnic province.Due to the differences of economy,culture,history and region,rural governance has its own characteristics.It is necessary to study the village governance in the minority areas of Guizhou by observing the phenomena and finding out the problems,and then put forward the corresponding solutions to promote the improvement of the village governance level in the minority areas of Guizhou.As a special region in Guizhou ethnic areas,Tunpu area has been greatly developed in politics,economy,culture,society and ecology with the support of the Party and the state,and the living standard of the people has been improved greatly.Study on the main body of village governance and find some problems existing in the local governance,This paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of village governance in Tunpu area of central Guizhou,which is of great significance to promote the modernization of local governance system and governance capacity,to promote local economic development,and to strengthen and maintain local national unity and stability.This study is based on the cross-disciplinary study of ethnology,administration,sociology,political science,and the macro perspective and micro-narrative,and takes the Tunpu area in the middle of Guizhou as the research object,Through the in-depth field investigation to obtain the relevant research materials,combed the status quo of the participation of the main body of rural governance in Tunpu area,Central Guizhou Province,and analyzed the plight of the main body of rural governance participating in governance in Tunpu area,Under the background of rural revitalization,this paper puts forward the way to optimize the main body of rural governance in Tunpu district of central Guizhou Province to participate in rural governance,so as to enrich the research results of collaborative governance of the main body of rural governance in China,and provide reference for the development of relevant research.This paper studies the main body of rural governance in Tunpu area of central Guizhou from five parts.The first part is prolegomenon.It mainly expounds the reason and significance of the topic,the research status,the research thinking and the research method.In the second part,the main concepts involved in the study are explained,and the related theories are combed.The third part mainly combs the first-hand data obtained from fieldwork,and describes the present situation that the main body of rural governance in Tunpu Area of Central Guizhou Province participates in village governance.The fourth part digs into the dilemma that the main body of village administration in Tunpu village of central Guizhou Province is confronted with,and deeply analyzes its cause.In the fifth part,aiming at the plight of the main body of village governance in Tunpu area of Central Guizhou Province,the path choice of optimizing the main body of village governance in Tunpu area of Central Guizhou Province is put forward.
