In recent years, the relations between China and Japan and Japan and South Korea have been complex and changeable. The two sides often face each other due to historical issues, real interest disputes and other factors. On the other hand, the Southeast Asian countries that had been invaded by Japan had a closer relationship with Japan. The two sides established a comprehensive cooperative partnership as early as the 1990 s,and often supported each other in the international political arena. The ideological and cultural exchanges are deeply rooted in the people's minds.Regarding the trend of right-decantation in Japan, especially in recent years when Japan's Ministry of Education has repeatedly revised history textbooks and politicians' visits to the Yasukuni Shrine, politicians and ordinary people in Southeast Asian countries and regions have shown a wait-and-see attitude, numbness and indifference, and China,Korea, and other Asian countries. The fierce reaction of the country is in marked contrast with the increasingly sharp opposition between Japan and Japan. In view of this situation, this paper analyzes the reasons why the Southeast Asian countries have eased their attitude toward Japaneseaggression compared to the two countries in three parts. In terms of history and culture,Southeast Asian countries are lagging behind in economic development, the origin of civilization is slow, and the public's sense of nationality and cultural identity is weak. Therefore, the invasion of Japan in World War II is relatively silent. The culture of China and South Korea is more developed, and the corresponding national consciousness and historical and cultural concepts are strong. Therefore, they react strongly to Japan's colonial aggression. In terms of domination strategies, before the Pacific War of the early sixteenth century,Western powers carried out nearly four hundred years of colonial rule on the Southeast Asian region, which caused great harm to the Southeast Asian countries. The people are even more disgusted with the West.Japan only maintained more than three years of colonial rule in Southeast Asia.During the period, the fascists in Japan tried to draw support from South-east Asians for their so-called "Great East Asian jihad" and used a strategy of colonial rule that was different from those of China and South Korea, such as granting nationalist elites such as senior officials and privileged privilege, allowing local people to participate in politics, and to the late stage.Under the guidance of the Japanese military and political authorities, they allowed local independence and so on.On the one hand, their colonial imprint was not deep and traces of aggression were shallow. On the other hand, the harm caused was far inferior to theinvasion and harm to China and South Korea and other countries, and the people's hatred of Japan.Shallow,on the contrary, most Southeast Asians, including senior leaders, regard Japan as a liberator and have a favorable impression of Japan.Japan's aggression against China and South Korea has been long since. After the Meiji Restoration,Japan embarked on the road of foreign aggression and expansion.China and the Korean Peninsula have become the main targets of their aggression until the end of World War II,when Japan withdrew from the Sino-North Korean battlefield. The prolonged colonial aggression of Japan's fascists has brought tremendous harm to the peoples of China and Korea. Therefore,in response to the right-leaning words and deeds of Japanese political circles after World War II,the victimized countries such as China and South Korea have responded more strongly. After the Second World War,due to factors such as the Cold War,Japan implemented a foreign policy that emphasized Southeast Asia's light northeast Asia, and established close relations with Southeast Asian countries. On the contrary,Japan,China,Japan and South Korea often controversial due to historical territorial issues, national development strategies and other factors.Continuously, this kind of different national relations is also an important reason why Southeast Asian countries and China and South Korea have different attitudes toward Japan's historical issues.
