Central Asian countries are Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan,Uzbekistan,Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.After the Cold War,Japan and the Central Asian countries established diplomatic relations.In 1997 Japan proposed the construction of "Silk Road diplomacy",in 2004 established the "Central Asia + Japan" Dialogue Mechanism,In 2006 Koizumi Junichiro visited Central Asia for the first time as Japanese minister.China is between Japan and the Central Asian countries,Japan's Central Asian diplomacy is also associated with China.This article will analyze japan's intention and purpose of diplomatic,and focuses on China's position in Japan-Central Asia relations,and then to explore how China will face the relationship between Japan and Central Asian countries.This article consists of four parts:The first part explores Japan's understanding of the Central Asian countries and the status of the Central Asian countries and the historical link between Japan and the Central Asian countries since modern times;The second part studies Japan's assistance to Central Asian countries after the Cold War,including the Official Development Assistance,nuclear pollution control,and natural environmental protection;The third part is based on Japan's understanding of Central Asian countries to study Japan 's diplomatic strategy towards Central Asian countries after the Cold War;The fourth part analyzes China's role in Japan-Central Asia countries relations and studies how China will response to Japan's Central Asian diplomatic.
