Research On The Political Mobilization Of The Southern Bureau Of The CPC During The Anti-Japanese War

Political mobilization is one of the important functions of modern political parties.It is a certain mobilization subject in a specific political environment that uses propaganda education,profit incentive and other forms to mobilize the object to generate political identity for the mobilization subject,and it launched mobilization of the object to achieve the behavior and process of a particular political goal.The CPC has attached great importance to political mobilization since its establishment.During the Anti-Japanese War,faced with the complex situation of Anti-Japanese War,the communist party of China has carried out political mobilization work in the state department through the Southern Bureau.It not only laid the mass foundation for the victory of the war of resistance against Japan,but also promoted the process of political democracy in the state.During the Anti-Japanese War,the reason that the Southern Bureau has been able to carry out extensive political mobilization,and organize the mass people to participate in Anti-Japanese movement effectively in the KMT ruled areas is in its flexible and varied mobilization strategy.First of all,in terms of the mobilization strategy,it emphasizes the flexible adjustment of mobilization methods in combination with the changes in the situation,and the combination of legal mobilization and "illegal" mobilization.Secondly,started with the content of the mobilization,it focuses on the combination of promoting the Anti-Japanese movement and the development of political democratization.Through these flexible mobilization strategies,it is beneficial for the Southern Bureau to unite all the forces that can be united and the hostile forces are isolated in the KMT ruled areas.This has not only played an important role in promoting the broad masses of the people to adhere to the Anti-Japanese War,but winning the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and promoting the development of political democratization.At present,in academic circles there are not many researches on political mobilization work carried out by the Chinese Communist Party during the Anti-Japanese War.Therefore,a preliminary systematic study of the Southern Bureau's political mobilization efforts has been conducted,to some extent,this paper makes up for the lack of researches on this area.And so that's what it's all about,it will not only arouse the academia's close attention to the political mobilization carried out by the CPC in the Anti-Japanese War,and promoted the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also having a great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the work of the masses.This article has conducted preliminary research and exploration on political mobilization efforts carried out by the CPC in the Anti-Japanese War in four aspects.The first part expounds the historical background of the Southern Bureau during the war to carry out political mobilization in the KMT ruled areas and points out that Japan's launching of the war of aggression against China has caused an unprecedented crisis of the survival of the Chinese nation.As the ruling party at that time KMT,However,it adheres to the unilateral Anti-war route,and it has severely impeded the formation of a national war of resistance,leading to the losing of the front field in the early stage of the Anti-Japanese War,which also results retreat in positive battlefield in the beginning of the war.After the Anti-Japanese War entered the phase of stalemate,the KMT's Anti-Japanese War policy was reversed with the change of the Japanese policy of invading China.In the face of the increasingly serious situation of the national unification zone,the Southern Bureau has carried out extensive political mobilization work in the national unification area to promote the development of the Anti-Japanese national salvation campaign.Through the collection and arrangement of historical materials.,the second part summarizes the main phases and contents of the Southern Bureau of Political Mobilization during the Anti-Japanese War.It's work includes the following three stages: The first stage is from the Southern Bureau was established in 1939 to the spring of 1940,the KMT die-hards set off an Anti-communist climax;The three years from the spring of 1940 to the end of 1943 is the second stage and from the beginning of 1944 to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War as the third stage.n the first phase of the Southern Bureau's political mobilization work,the Southern Bureau launched a public campaign to oppose compromise and surrender,centering on the "Denouncing Wang Jing Wei" movement,through the development of peripheral organizations.This effectively strengthened the people's confidence in fighting against the war and achieved the mobilization goal of uniting the people to resist the Anti-Japanese war.In the spring of 1940,the political mobilization work of the Southern Bureau entered the second stage.As the KMT die-hards set off an Anti-communist climax,the Southern Bureau adjusted the mobilization method in a timely manner.Through the implementation of the hidden and lean policies,the Southern Bureau effectively promoted the development of the democratic constitutional government movement and inspired the people's enthusiasm for the war,so that the general public gradually realized the reactionary nature of the KMT,and then they spontaneously opposed the KMT's actions to regress.From the beginning of 1944 to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,it was the third stage of the political mobilization work for the Southern Bureau.With the gradual improvement of the Anti-Japanese war,promoting the establishment of a democratic coalition government after the war became the primary goal of the political mobilization work of the Southern Bureau.At this stage,the Southern Bureau clearly proposed
