The Influence Of Family Pension Pressure On Left-behind Women In Rural Areas

With the development of Chinese economy and society,the population structure has also begun to tremendous changes.In Chinese rural areas,there has been an increasing trend of population aging,family aging,and seniors caregivers feminine.This trend on the one hand makes it necessary to be there is an increase in the number of elderly people to be cared for,and there is a large demand for old-age care services.On the other hand,the demand for family pensioners,especially female caregivers,has increased.Old-age pension pressure continues to increase.Rural rural left-behind women suffer major care pressure in the care and support of rural families,and they have multiple disadvantages in terms of physiology,age,and region.This article will base on 286 questionnaires of rural left-behind women in Y County,Jiangxi Province,analyze the pressure on women under the family pension model,and analyze the family economic pressure and life care through analysis of relevant literature and questionnaires.As the three dimensions of family pension pressure,pressure and mental comfort pressure analyze the three dimensions of pension pressure on the physical and mental health,employment status,and marital quality of rural left-behind women.The article data through the use of correlation analysis and regression analysis,the study found:First,family pension pressure has a significant negative impact on the employment situation of left-behind women in rural areas.Among them,economic security pressure and life care pressure have a significant negative impact on the employment intention and employment of left-behind women in rural areas;secondly,family pension pressure on rural stay-at-home Physical and mental health of women has a significant negative impact,among them,life care pressure has a significant negative effect on the physical health of left-behind women,and economic security pressure and life care pressure have a significant negative impact on the mental health of rural left-behind women.Third,family pension pressure on rural areas.There was a significant negative effect on the quality of left-behind women marriage.Among them,the pressure of lifecare and the pressure of spiritual comfort had a significant negative impact on the consistency of rural couples' behavior and the consistency of family behavior.The pressure of rural left-behind women on family pensions will affect factors related to their employment,health,marriage,etc.,which are closely related to the development of life.To solve the rural left-behind women problem,we must start from many aspects.The government should continue to explore plans that meet the actual needs of rural left-behind women and provide social welfare assistance to left-behind women in rural areas in order to propose social security and social welfare systems that improve rural women family carers,improve the quality of life of women carers and promote families.Harmony promotes equality between men and women.
