Study On Foreign Assistance Act Of America

America is the biggest foreign aid country in the world,which foreign aid has developed far beyond many other countries.America's foreign aid dated from 1940 s,a lot of foreign assistance act thus appeared,and went through many changes.In this course,the most important foreign aid law of America is the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961,although it was altered by several times,it still was considered as the basic law of America foreign aid and the core of America's foreign aid legal system.Foreign Assistance Act of America is the more complete law than other countries in the world.Studying its development,legal system,content,characteristic,and implementation,is the starting point of this thesis.The thesis is composed of five chapters.Chapter I is the preface,which includes the background and significance of research,the domestic and foreign status quo of research,the means and methods of research,and the framework of the thesis.Chapter II is about the foundation of foreign aid,which discusses the juristic meaning and different concepts of foreign aid,the development of foreign aid.Chapter III is about the development of America's Foreign Assistance Act,which discusses the policy evolution of America's foreign aid in the light of time,and discusses the legislative development of America's Foreign Assistance Act.Chapter IV is about the legal system,content,and assessment of America's Foreign Assistance Act.Firstly discusses its legal system and content,then analyses its advantages and disadvantages.Chapter V is about the enlightenment of America's Foreign Assistance Act to China,firstly introduces the history and legislative status quo of Chinese foreign aid,then discusses the enlightenment specifically,lastly brings forward legislative advice about Chinese foreign aid.
