Research On Formulation Of Industry Standards

The standard can reflect the progress of civilizations in a country.There have been records on “Car on the same track”“Book with the same language”“Uniform measurement”Since the Qin Dynasty in our country.Nowadays,Standardization is playing an increasingly important role in promoting scientific and technological progress and industrial development and regulating social management.In recent years,Our country attaches great importance to standardization management and related legislation,In order to increase the standard in science and technology innovation and industrial upgrading and other aspects of the leading role,revised the Standardization Law in 2017.The formulation of industry standards is a crucial link standardization course,Whether the formulation of industry standards is scientific and reasonable will directly affect the quality of the industry standards.However,there are still many problems in the formulation of the current industry standards in our country,and they need to be solved urgently.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of this study,the dynamic analysis of the current research situation,and the content and methods of the study;The second chapter introduces the basic theory of formulation of industry standards,which introduces the meaning and function of industry standards,the main body and procedures of the formulation of industry standards in China.The third chapter analyzes what are the problems In our current formulation of industry standards,Including the main body of formulation,the procedures of formulation and the formulation of content.The fourth chapter introduces the standard setting of countries outside the domain.Analyzed their own characteristics,and summed up some experiences that can be borrowed by our country.The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions for improving formulation of industry standards.
