Research On The Preventive Countermeasures Of Civil Servants' Duty Crimes In Y City

At present,the issue of civil servants' duty crime has become a stumbling block to the healthy development of China's economy.Civil servants' duty crimes not only seriously damage the interests of the country and the people,but also seriously affect the image of public servants in people's minds.Therefore,the in-depth study of this issue is of great significance to promote the construction of the government and economic development.This paper takes a China's city in Guangdong Province named Y city as a case,and adopts the methods of theoretical analysis,literature data,case study and other research methods to deeply discuss its current situation and development trend of civil servants' duty crime.Based on the analysis of the causes and characteristics of civil servants' duty crime in Y city,the paper draws lessons from the advanced preventive countermeasures at home and abroad and finally puts forward a few well-directed preventive countermeasures for Y city.This article is divided into six chapters for discussion.The first chapter describes the domestic and foreign research status,research significance,research methods of civil servants' duty crime.The second chapter analyzes the concept of civil servants' duty crime prevention and related theories.The third chapter combines the cases of civil servants' duty crime investigated in Y city in recent years,analyzes the characteristics of current civil servants' duty crime in the Y city.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of public-service crimes in Y city.The fifth chapter analyzes the prevention countermeasures for civil servants' duty crime in advanced regions at home and abroad,and summarizes experience for Y city.The sixth chapter puts forward Y city's countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention of civil servants' duty crime,and provides reference basis and work guidance for practical work in Y city.
