On The Prevention Of Duty Crime In The Civil Service In China

The society of our country is in the key period of transformation.In recent years,the crime of duty of civil servants has become more and more widespread concern.The phenomenon of civil servants' duty crime is growing and spreading,which has become a major obstacle to the social transformation and development of our country.With the party's nineteen major convening,the party and the state have paid more and more attention to the duty crime of the civil servants and continued to increase the punishment.In this study,we conduct in-depth analysis of civil service job-related crimes,and use the literature research method and historical analysis method and empirical research to revolve around the basic idea of "why,why and how to do".The article is mainly divided into four parts,first of all,the civil servant duty crime and prevention are summarized;secondly,on the basis of theoretical research found in the prevention of duty crime in the legislative mechanism is not perfect,the working mechanism of punishment and prevention is out of line with the lack of effectiveness of the supervision mechanism and other issues;after in-depth study;The study summarizes several reasons for the existing problems,including inadequate ideological understanding,institutional and cultural factors,the implementation of the policy of governing the country according to law is not in place.Finally,according to the existing problems,a series of effective measures are put forward to prevent civil servants' job-related crimes,including building the ideological defense line of civil servants' anti-corruption and anti-corruption,perfecting the legislative system of preventing civil servants' job-related crimes,building a comprehensive management model of both punishment and prevention,and improving the comprehensive and effective supervision mechanism.To restrict civil servants' rights.It is hoped that through these measures,we can solve the problems of civil servant crime in China,effectively prevent civil servants' job-related crimes,and purify the ranks of civil servants.
