A Study On The Anti-corruption Path Of The Chinese Communist Party's Rule Of Law

Corruption is an international problem that puzzles all the Government in the world today.But,different types of social corruption,form and degree are also different.The anti-corruption related to the relationship between the parties and the public attitude,the regime of vital importance to the country's long period of stability,the nature and purpose of the Communist Party of China decided that the corruption must be fire.Governed by law for the anti-corruption,refers to the anti-corruption into the rule of law,improve the anti-corruption legal system,use the rule of law to restrict and supervise the exercise of public power,according to the law to punish corrupt elements.The rule of law is the new anti-corruption movement,beyond the power of corruption and anti-corruption system,anti-corruption idea,system and mechanism,the starting point of the great reform,is a fundamental,global,long-term stability and anti-corruption,effectively curb corruption is the only way which must be passed.This article starts with the connotation of corruption,analyzes the connotation,characteristics and elements of the rule of law,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the construction of the anti-corruption path of the rule of law of the Communist Party of China.Then,the system analyzes the basic mode of Chinese traditional anti-corruption and its limitations,mainly from the political movement against corruption,anti-corruption,anti-corruption system is discussed,the positive role played by the three models under the specific historical background,but also pointed out the corruption problems,which provides theoretical and practical basis for the study of anti-corruption path of the rule of law in China from the perspective of theory.Then,this article analysis of the establishment and development of anti-corruption law in Chinese,in combination with our country's socialist legal construction on the basis of practice,analyzes the rise and development of anti-corruption law,points out the anti-corruption law to curb human greed,in order to effectively restrict the abuse of power,ensure the healthy development of anti-corruption.At the same time,it also pointed out that the current problems of the rule of law in China's anti-corruption,such as anti-corruption legal system has not yet been effectively established,anti-corruption supporting mechanism is not perfect,anti-corruption forces have not yet been effectively integrated,anti-corruption effectiveness has not yet been effectively reflected.Finally,the article put forward specific design choices China Communist anti-corruption law,mainly from strengthening the concept of rule of law thinking of perfecting the legal system of anti-corruption,anti-corruption institutions set up integration,discusses the anti-corruption norms of social order and so on,in order to make Chinese Communist anti-corruption law mode of continuous improvement,security China socialist cause steady progress.
