The Research On Rugular Patterns And Management Countermeasures Of Multi-agent Vocalization In Emergency Network Public Opinion

In the era of new media,microblog,WeChat,and web news have dominated public opinion,Media and Internet users have increasingly become an important role that cannot be ignored in the evolution of public opinion,they can express themselves anytime and anywhere,network public opinion has entered the new situation.In the society of frequent emergencies,the government's emergency management tasks and difficulties are increasing,and the complexity of the network public opinion and the diversity of the roles make the government face new challenges in the normal management.Grasping the new norm of the evolution of Internet public opinion in the new era will help achieve more scientific management of network public opinion.This paper adopts the inductive reasoning approach.Firstly,based on the crisis life cycle theory and case analysis,this paper summarized the rules of the evolution of network public opinion.On this basis,in order to analyze why the rules happen,this paper collects 100 case data,conducts related analysis and principal component analysis,and draws three main influencing factors,like the emergency itself,the government's vocalization,the media and netizens ' vocalization;Second,because the vocalization of multi-agent is centered on emergencies,the government's vocalization is currently based on a regular institutional framework with procedural and regular features.Therefore,the content analysis method is used in this paper mainly to explore the evolution rules of the vocal topics of media and netizens,and the interactive relationship with the government's vocalization.The general vocal topic system and the special vocal topic system of the network public opinion are summarized,as well as the six major vocal topics modules;Then,under the theory of self-organization,the theory of dissipative structure is used to study the openness,non-equilibrium and fluctuation of the vocal evolution system of multi-agent in public opinion.According to the time series of events,the “competitive-collaborative” relationship of the six vocal topic modules was studied using synergistic theories to understand the interactive relationship of multi-agent vocalization.At the same time,using SHELL model to analyze the vulnerability of vocal characters of multi-agent,and to carry out case analysis and application of the research process and results of this article;Finally,from two aspects,the measures for public opinion management are proposed.First,governments,media,and Internet users should first overcome the vulnerability of their own roles.Second,from the period of expression of personal opinions to the process of public opinion quiescence,a management strategy of differential response is adopted for each stage to enhance cooperation relationship between the subjects,and to spread the positive energy of the society and achieve continuous management.
