In this paper,mainly discusses the current copyright legal system,the game live platform for game live screen copyright rights.In the case of ambiguous existing legal provisions,combined with the method of law and economics.In order to analyze the game live broadcast industry chain,game companies and game-playing platform copyright in the game of the benefits and evolution stability strategy.It is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.A brief introduction and combing of the copyright configuration of the game live broadcasting platform.Specific issues include copyrightability,type of work,and fair use.The second part is the industrial background of the game live broadcasting platform.This paper briefly introduces the development of the game live broadcasting industry and analyzes the PEST model of the game live broadcasting industry at this stage.Finally,the situation of copyright disputes faced by the game live broadcasting platform was combed.The third part analyzes the status quo of the copyright of game direct broadcast platform.The analysis of the copyrightability of the live game screen,the type of work it belongs to,and whether the live game behavior constitutes reasonable use are analyzed.The fourth part is the copyright game analysis of game manufacturers and live broadcast platforms.Briefly introduces the theoretical basis and tools of copyright game analysis.Then try to use the static game to analyze the game and use two simulation cases to verify.Finally,based on the analysis of the evolutionary game between the two,the reason for the previous failure of copyright is obtained.The fifth part is the summary of the article.The study of the full text is summarized and summarized.
