The modern period is an important historical period for the development of Chinese women education.During the social transformation from the old and the western feminist thought,the western advanced education thoughts of the incoming process,China's women's education to learn the fresh blood,thus appeared the new situation of the development of women's education.Under the aegis of the legislative,and the woman's education is to foster women's independent personality as the goal step by step,for men's and women's equal right to education content and form of male and female students,to make women's education entered into in order to improve women's independent personality,the decrease of illiterate women and improve women's production skills for the characteristics of the new stage.This paper is divided into three parts to discuss,in the first part,the modern women's right to education initially produced in this chapter,introduced the development of women's education in the late Qing Dynasty,as well as the specific content of female education in the "GUI-Mao education system".In modern times,women's education has been restricted by the backward feudal thought system,before the late Qing Dynasty,educational resources were monopolized by Chinese men,and the female's main task was to teach children at home.With the spread of Western thought and the development of women's missionary schools,people gradually realized that it was urgent to build Chinese girls ' school.Under the impetus of advanced intellectuals and some feudal officials,the regulations on women's education were finally promulgated in the late Qing Dynasty,and for the first time the legal status of women's education was stipulated by law,and women could receive primary education and normal education.The second part mainly discusses the establishment of equality between men and women in education,this chapter is the focus of this article,this part mainly includes the equal right to education,the equal right to education,the development of women's civilian movement,dual-track education to entrust education,women's right to education constitutional protection.The Xinhai Revolution overthrew the reign of the feudal dynasty,the establishment of a new regime,soon after the establishment of the new regime,promulgated a series of laws on women's education,male and female students were first recognized in the law,while the establishment of women's secondary school,women's industrial schools,women's higher Normal School,this period,women have more options,They can choose schools to be educated according to their own strengths and interests,and gender equality in education has become a priority,with women and men in the same schools and universities opening up women to the most important.The third part mainly introduces the implementation of the protection of women's right to education,for example,in the context of legal protection,women in order to safeguard their right to education bravely struggle for the deeds.To sum up,the promulgation of the academic system of the "GUI-Mao system" in late Qing Dynasty make the legal status of women's education recognized,through the legal form of formal institutionalization of women's studies,promulgated by the Government after the establishment of the system of the "Ren-gui",the provision of primary primary school can be male and female students,can set up women's secondary school,women's normal and higher normal schools,girls The promulgation of the system of "Ren Xu" has made the women receive the right to education in a complete sense from elementary school to university.From elementary school to university,both sexes can be co-educational.During this period,women's right to education was completely changed from the two-track to entrust,and women received the right of education,including higher education,to be fully equal with men.
