Study On The Work Of The Communist Youth League In Middle Schools: Status,problems And Suggestions

The middle school stage is a critical period of the World view,outlook on life and values.In strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction of minors,we should give full play to the influence of the Communist Youth League in the ideological and moral construction of minors Important role.Middle School Communist Youth League is the majority of middle school students in practice to learn socialism and communism with Chinese characteristics of the school,it is a large group of closely organized groups.However,in recent years,with the popularization of the network and convenient mobile terminal,the continuous development of examination-oriented education,the restriction of the political attributes of the Communist Youth League,the backwardness of the work mode of the Communist Youth League and the imperfections of the cadre team development system,the Communist Youth League has faced a series of challenges.In view of this situation,the author designes two questionnaire surveys for students and teachers,and observes the students in the teaching life,communicates with the group of teachers,analysises the current problems faced by the Communist Youth League,to explore the deep-seated causes of the problem,Combines with the data obtained from the problems and reasons,and earnestly puts forward the corresponding improvement proposals,hoping to provide some solutions to the practical problems faced by the current Communist Youth League.At the beginning of this paper,the research origin of this paper,literature review,core concept definition,research significance and research methods are briefly introduced.The main part is divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the basic investigation of this research,including the investigation process,the analysis result and the summary of the survey results.The second part describes the deep causes of the problem,including their own political attributes,the concept of examination-oriented education,network impact,outdated work model of the Communist Youth League and the lack of protection of the development of teachers.The third part introduces the corresponding problem-solving measures,including the basic principles,perfect the cadresystem,strengthen the construction of the work system of the Communist Youth League and innovate the practical activities carrier of the junior high school.
