| The Communist Youth League of China(briefly referred to as Communist Youth League)is the mass organization of advanced teenagers leaded by the Chinese Communist Youth League Party,the school at which vast teenagers study communism and socialism with Chinese characteristics in practice,as well as the assistant and reserves of the Party.Middle school communist youth league is the important composing part of junior league organization,burdening the special mission of educating people.The rapid development of economic globalization,the extensive application of Internet technology,the furious collision of Chinese and western culture,the reconstruction of social transition period value system as well as the diversity and changeability of contemporary middle school students' idea all pose tasks and challenges to middle school youth league work in the new period.At present,in league construction work theoretical research,there are outstanding problems,such as the incomplete system,relatively lag-behind research,incapability of adapting to situation development demands,a whole set of complete,scientific theoretical system that keeps pace with the times has not been formed,especially the specialized research developed in the field of middle school youth league construction is rare.In the practice of middle school youth league construction,some ordinary problems are difficult to be effectively solved in time,which greatly influences the development of the work.Therefore,combining the new situations and missions,it specifically develops the league construction theoretical research,further improves and develops the league construction theories,which equips with important meanings to improving the scientific level of league construction.This paper selects Linfen middle school communist youth league construction work as the research subject,conducts the multi-angle and all-round study and analysis on the construction work of middle school communist youth league,searches for problems,discusses countermeasures,extracts opinions and obtains conclusions.On one hand,by analyzing some generic problems,it displays the current situations of the entire middle school communist youth league construction work,making the function of guiding the whole area with one point;on the other hand,through the work benchmarking,it makes comparison analysis on the construction work of middle school youth league in other cities,takes reference from each other,summarizes and extracts and improves the theoretical level of middle school youth league rate is 96.3%;it totally releases 49163 copies of investigation questionnaires to students in 212 middle schools,which collects 48695,the collection rate is 99%.It sorts out the collected data and the problems reflected by surveys to form the basic data needed by this paper.In the next,it constructs the middle school youth league work evaluation system.In the comprehensive analysis of various aspects of factors that influence the development effects of middle school youth league work,according to the characteristics of influential size,influential scope,importance degree and other characteristics,it screens 5 first grade indexes and 19 second grade indexes from the middle school youth league work evaluation system,and gives quantitative assignment.On this foundation,it closely combines the development reality of Linfen middle school youth league work and conducts the comprehensive evaluation on the youth league work of this city from organizational institution construction,ideological and political education,league cadre team construction,basic league affairs work,league member awareness education and other aspects;at last,it conducts the science analysis on evaluation results and obtains the conclusion.Evaluation results demonstrate the current Linfen middle school youth league construction work is at the excellence A grade level,which still has greater difference from AA grade standard.During the work,the main problems include: the incomplete construction of league organizations and institutions,the uncompleted guarantee system;the ideological and political education activities of the league exists the entertaining,formal and aristocratic trends;the common phenomenon of part-time cadre team of league,elder staffs,difficulty of implementing the salary problem,low quality;weak league member awareness,insufficient advancement and other outstanding problems.For these problems,it studies and analyzes them,and proposes corresponding countermeasures: firstly,it should further enhance the leadership of the Party on the youth league work,education administrative departments and schools should emphasize and support the youth league work.Secondly,it should fully enhance the middle school youth league organization construction and strengthen the vitality of the organization;thirdly,it should transit work concepts,innovate work modes and put forth efforts in enhancing the politics,advancement and mass property of league organization.In terms of possible innovations in this paper,at first,it develops the surveys by assisting the work strength of league system,sounds the Linfen middle school youth league construction work out,and equips with the capabilities of mastering the current situations of middle school youth league construction in this city more comprehensively;secondly,on the foundation of taking related estimation systems for reference,it applies whole factor analysis method to construct middle school youth league construction work evaluation system.The evaluation system consists of 5 first grade indexes and 19 second grade indexes,which is able to objectively reflects the current situations of middle school youth league construction work;thirdly,it applies the evaluation system to make the comprehensive evaluation on the youth league work in this city,develops work standards,studies key problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The proposal of related theories and opinions is expected to enrich the youth league construction theories and guide practices better.Due to shorter research time,the collected data is not extensive enough,the mastered data is not specific enough,and the strategies for related problems need further demonstration and
