Since the reform and opening up,with the transformation of economic structure,social structure and interest relationship,labor relations in China have become a basic economic and social relationship in the current socialist market economy.Under the general situation of “strong capital,weak labor",it is difficult for workers' rights and interests to be fully respected and protected,and the labor relations show a complex situation of increasing contradictions and escalating conflicts.Therefore,it is bound to play an important role in the enterprise management and political and economic life of our country.This study reviews the literature of scholars at home and abroad,and finds that there are few literatures on the evolution of collective labor incident.The existing studies are limited to single case analysis or qualitative analysis of causes,and lack of multi-case quantitative analysis.Nor has the logical relationship between the many causes been clarified.Based on the literature research and the reality of China,based on the theory of industrial relation system and the theory of crisis life cycle,this paper puts forward the influencing factors that determine the trend of labor conflicts.Then,we use these variables to standardize and data mining 240 cases of collective labor incidents,and get 53 rules for the evolution of labor conflicts.The test of test set proves that these rules are effective and generalization ability is strong.Then,by analyzing the rules obtained from data mining,we summarize six rules that will lead to the escalation of collective labor incidents and induce significant influence.Combined with typical cases to explain these laws: Pay compensation and social security both damage will make the collective labor incidents more influential;The collective labor incidents caused by asymmetric information have more influence;The distrust on the management will lead the collective labor incidents more infuluential;The collecitvie labor incidents with the exemplary role of similar events are more influential;prior inaction of the management is the key Factor for Labor conflicts to evolve into Collective incident.;As well as the subsequent intensification of conflicts will escalate the collective labor incidents.Finally,based on the law of the evolution of collective labor incidents,the countermeasures and suggestions for preventing and eliminating collective incidents in labor conflicts are put forward from the angle of government,management and labor.
