The study of the "revolutionary women" in Yan'an who believe in maoism,as an important cross topic of Chinese modern history and the history of the Communist Party of China, has roused heated and widespread discussions all through the ages.Among the many "revolutionary women" in Yan'an,Fan Yuanzhen as a well known "atypical typical",is provided with general characteristics of "revolutionary women" and extreme personal life experience.Through the discussions focusing on the Fan Yuanzhen's letters and diaries,it shows "revolutionary women" experienced a transformation from meaning anomy to meaning reconstruction in the Yan'an rectification movement. In this process, however full of entanglements and struggles,"revolutionary women" devoted themselves to the "organization" and take maoism as the whole meaning of their life.It is worth noting that taking maoism as the meaning of life is not only reaping entanglements and struggles. At the same time, there are encouragement and consolation from the "organization".Both of them constitute the unique individual life experience of the "revolutionary women" in Yan'an.
