Research On The Summer Camps' Legal Regulation Issues Of China

The summer camp has very rich connotations,this paper expands the concept of the summer camp to explain,including the summer camp as a project itself legal regulation issues,but also including summer camp in China's development for decades and become an industry of legal regulation issues which included summer camp participants such as the summer camp organizers,summer camp practitioners;a series of related legal regulation issues involving summer camp supervisors and campers.From the paper's construction point,the author divides the whole content into three parts.The first part mainly talks about the basic knowledge of summer camp,such as the definition,the history,the meaning of hold summer camps.The purpose is making people recognize the research value in the field of summer camp,in the end;introduce the historical background of summer camp in China and its present situation.The second part is the analysis of the legal regulation of summer camp in our country,after sorting out the relevant laws and regulations of the summer camp in our country;we can look into the implementation of the law of summer camp in our country.Then we discuss the problems existing in the current law of summer camp.Finally,through the study and analysis of the advanced summer camp law in the United States,Japan and Europe which provide reference for improving the law of summer camp in China.The third part,as the core of the thesis,puts forward some suggestions to improve the law of summer camp in China.Using market access standard,summer camp supervision system and other supporting legal system as the research basis,put forward constructive suggestions on legal system construction,especially carried on the bold attempt on the insurance system,security system and tort liability of summer camps.
