Design And Implementation Of Kunshan Grid Social Management Information System

Under the background of the continuous development of modern social management and network security management,grid social management has shifted from passive extensive type to active refinement,promoting the transformation of industry functions,optimizing the allocation of resources,building intensive information systems and deepening industrial applications.Improve the level of government management and achieve full-time,comprehensive,and efficient supervision and management of social security incidents such as security,urban management,and fire safety.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,Kunshan City has achieved tremendous economic benefits.It has also brought enormous challenges to social safety production and normal people's lives.In order to meet the sustainable development of economic construction in Kunshan City,strengthen the management of government-led jurisdictions and improving the level of service for the people,grid social management is an excellent solution.However,the traditional social management model has many defects,such as unsociable social management system,lack of long-term management mechanism,extensive management methods,extensive passivity,unscientific evaluation,lack of supervision and inaccurate reporting of incidents,etc.Therefore,in the exploration of city management departments and companies,this paper adopts a grid management model that focuses on six major social management elements: people,land,property,events,circumstances,and organization.With the basic purpose of improving the quality of life for the masses to study and design the Kunshan City grid social management information system,which the basic principle is efficient,practical,fast,and fully covered.This article outlines the basic theories of social grid management for GBCP theory,social grid management theory,geocoding theory,and tile map theory,as well as key technologies such as Openlayers and GeoServer.In the system framework,this paper adopts the integration framework mode of SpringMVC framework and Struts2 framework,uses the front-end display of the SpringMVC framework control system,and the Struts2 framework controls the background management of the system.In the organizational structure,this system platform adopts the SOA architecture.It is mainly divided into user layer,platform layer,application layer,support layer,data resource layer,and network layer.Through the use of social grid management related theories and key technologies to design a platform,a map,a data center,a visit to the Kunshan municipal grid social management information system.In the database,it has designed the date resource layer of database group,including the user rights database,log information database,basic information database,business information database and geographic information database.Furthermore it has designed and achieve application with functional modularization,including panoramic city module,business center module,statistical analysis module and system management Module.The grid-based social management information system designed and researched in this paper has improved the refined and efficient management level of social management business,and provided reference for the future social grid management,which has certain reference effects.
