Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Grid Management In A City

At present,it is an era of informatization,economic globalization and governance modernization.Government governance and grid management also follow the general trend,which has come into view.In community governance reform on the road,government has gradually realized its status and functions in community governance.The government noticed the importance of grid management in modern city construction.But the urban community grid management mode is still in its infancy,its relevant concepts and development of the theory and practice is still not mature.It still has some problems.Therefore,the research of urban community grid management is of great significance for improving the grid management mode and improving the level of grassroots governance.This paper mainly studies optimized for urban community grid management in A city.This paper sorts out the contents of social governance,community management and community grid management,and summarizes the related theories of grid and grid management.Through the study of the governance theory and the fine management theory,I get some inspirations on how to improve grid management.On this basis,I collected data to knew the current situation and achievements of the grid management mode of urban communities in A city.On the basis of summary analysis,point out the problems and deficiencies in the grid management of A City.Check the relevant materials and sort out the experience and practices of urban community grid management in Shanghai Changning,Zhejiang Zhoushan,Jilin Changchun,Liaoning Panjin.Through comparative analysis and combining with the actual situation of A city,it puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing grid management from the aspects of management subject,management system and operation process.
