Research On The Legal Question Between Environment And Trade Under The PPM Standard

With the rapid development of international trade,economic globalization and trade liberalization have become the theme of the times.Along with this,the global ecological environment is deteriorating.In the level of economic development is more and more high at the moment,there are increasingly serious environmental problems,so to find a balance between economic development and environmental protection,economic development and environmental protection to achieve sustainable development is the need to address the current PPM standard,it is a kind of environmental standards to achieve the sustainable development.PPM is a standard for the production process and production method of the standard,strict PPM standard should increase the number of enterprises in the production process cost to achieve the internalization of environmental cost which is conducive to the realization of environmental protection,on the other hand he can make the enterprise with its relevant state import requirements in the transaction process to avoid the green trade barriers,the development of foreign trade better get more benefits.Finally,enterprises can take the initiative to take measures to improve the production process in order to meet the higher PPM standards,so as to achieve the sustainable development of environmental protection and economic development.Our current existing PPM standard system is not perfect,so this paper through the research on PPM standard to improve the relevant provisions of China,so that China's PPM standard with the world,the environmental protection in China to achieve better in international trade at the same time.
