The Research Of Petition Letter Working Mechanism Optimization In Gangtou Town,xinyi City

The township government is the most basic government in our country.It is the most direct and closely connected political power organization with the people.It is the logical starting point and end point of the petition and visit work.It is of great significance to optimize the mechanism of petition and visit in towns and villages,and to keep close contact with the masses,resolve the problems of petition and disputes,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the masses,safeguard social fairness and justice,and maintain social harmony and stability.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the study on the optimization of township petition mechanism.This article takes the Gangtou town of Xinyi as an example of the work of the author's petition and visit.On the basis of in-depth research,using the theory of public opinion expression and the theory of social governance,the paper analyzes the current situation of the work mechanism of petition and visit in Gangtou Town.Analysis of the existence of the complaint reporting responsibility implementation system is not perfect,a large number of complaints reporting events restrict the effective operation of the complaint reporting mechanism,the current complaint reporting mechanism on the complaint and follow-up visits and other abnormal complaints can not be effectively dealt with,insufficient operating support funds and the construction of the complaint reporting team The main issues need to be strengthened,and the reasons for this have been analyzed.Based on the principles of system principle and responsibility principle,combined with the existing problems in the operation of the complaint reporting mechanism,this paper constructs an optimized model of the complaint reporting mechanism in Hong Kong town.On this basis,we use relevant theories,draw on advanced experience at home and abroad,and combine the author's work practice.It puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the responsibility system,rationalize and innovate the mechanism according to law,further strengthen the work of prevention,improve the system of rights relief,and further strengthen the construction of grassroots organizations and cadres.
