As an important functional department of our government,the public security organs bear the important responsibility of combating illegal crimes,serving the people,maintaining social and political stability and the long-term stability of the country.The public security organ belongs to the front line law enforcement unit.How to improve its service level and efficiency is inseparable from the scientific and standardized management.Therefore,the performance assessment of the first line law enforcement police is the foundation of the implementation of scientific management by the public security organs.Efficient,fair and strict assessment can ensure the normal performance of the first line law enforcement officers,improve their enthusiasm for work and promote the construction of public security regularization.At present,the administrative departments at all levels in the state are actively exploring the reform of the administrative system.The public security departments and all the police in various places have also carried out a variety of performance assessment systems that cover the whole police.The practice has proved that the implementation of performance assessment can reverse the problems of job burnout,inactive and diffuse in the line of law enforcement police,and fully adjust the enthusiasm and creativity of the work.But influenced by the objective factors,there are many problems in the performance assessment of the police in the line of law enforcement,both in ideas and in the methods and procedures of assessment.Therefore,how to build a scientific and perfect performance appraisal for the front-line law enforcement policemen is an important topic in the current line of police enforcement in public security organs.Because of the complexity and diversity of the work of the first line law enforcement police,the performance evaluation index of the first line law enforcement police is complex and changeable.The quality of the work is too one-sided to evaluate the work quantity of the first line law enforcement police,and the quality of the first line law enforcement police is difficult to quantify.There are great difficulties in performance appraisal for law policemen.At present,most public security organs have directly adopted the method of higher level assessment for the performance assessment of the first line law enforcement police,which leads to greater error,and the results of the assessment are not convincing.Guided by the theory of performance assessment,this paper takes the front-line law enforcement police as the research object,and uses the literature research method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method to discuss the performance appraisal problem of the first line law enforcement police.Based on the analysis and induction of relevant literature at home and abroad,the article takes Xiang zhou District,Xiang yang as a case,and studies the performance appraisal problem in the actual work of the first line law enforcement police.Through the study,it is found that the performance appraisal of the first line law enforcement police in Xiang zhou District of
