The Strategy Of The Inter-regional Cooperation In Tourism Development In The Xiang-E-Yu-Qian Border Area

The inter-regional tourism cooperation has become an inexorable trend for the sustainable development of modern tourism. Historically, the Xiang-E-Yu-Qian Border Area used to be one of the major areas in fighting against poverty in our country, and now it lies in the front of the large scale development for the western region. This area is distinctive in geographical position and closely related in territory. Moreover, as the features of the tourist resources, the ecological environment, history, culture and the situation of the social economic development in each administrative division of this area are comparatively identical as well as mutually complementary, there are the realistic basis and favourable conditions for the inter-regional cooperation in tourism development in the Border Area.By means of applying the theories of inter-regional economic cooperation, inter-regional tourism exploitation, and tourism science, and combining the subjects of geography, history, ethnology, marketing etc, this dissertation firstly analyses the present situation and the problems of the tourism development in the Border Area, then it expounds the necessity, the favourable conditions and the realistic basis of the inter-regional cooperation in tourism development in the Border Area, and lastly also mainly it probes into the strategic thinking, the strategic stresses and the ways on how to implement the strategy of inter-regional cooperation in tourism development in the Xiang-E-Yu-Qian Border Area.This dissertation consists of two sections: main body and conclusion.
