Under the background of the continuous deepening of the new round of judicial reforms,people’s awareness of the law and their awareness of rights protection continue to increase,and the demand for judicial relief is increasing both in life and in business.The number of lawsuits over the past decade has seen a geometric growth.The contradiction between this growing demand for litigation and the limited resources for litigation has also placed higher demands on the quality and effectiveness of judicial trials,and on the authority of the judiciary.The credibility has caused a threat.As an important part of the judicial reform,the reform of the legal officer system has become the focus that the judicial community needs to focus on.On the one hand,the reform of the legal officer quota system can update the internal relations of the law to make it more adaptable to the development of modern society and meet the needs of the society.On the other hand,it helps to strengthen the protection of judges’ right to independent adjudication,and enhances judicial fairness and judicial credibility.In May 2016,the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee held a general meeting to promote the reform of the judicial system to mobilize the deployment meeting.From June 2016 to December 2016,the O District Court of W City formulated the specific promotion plan for this unit in accordance with relevant regulations.In June 2016,the O District Court in W City held a mobilization meeting for the reform of the judicial system and deployed the judicial reform work of the Court.Therefore,this article takes the W city O district court as the research object,and can better reflect the progress of the judicial reform at the present stage in our country,and can better extract the deficiency of our country’s legal officer system.In terms of writing focus,this paper summarizes and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status on the basis of extensive data collection.At the same time,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the status quo of the implementation of the official budget system of the courts of the W city O district.This article points out the four major problems in the courts of District O in W City,and analyzes the existing problems in depth.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the system of officials of theCourt of Justice in the W-zone O District Court.The difficulties of this paper are mainly related to the investigation of the situation of the officials of the courts in the O-qualities of W-city,the acquisition of reliable data,and the statistical analysis of relevant survey data.
