At present,economic relations between Russia and China are developing very rapidly,especially in the area of trade cooperation.The success of the trade cooperation between the two countries directly depends on the quantity and quality of the contracts concluded.The study of the legislation of both countries is of great interest for establishing fair partnerships.The development of the legislative norms of Russia and China is directly related to the quality of trade and economic relations.However,in addition to the study of legislation,language is of particular interest,on which all legal norms are written.In this paper,we will consider the approaches of the two countries to defining the language of law,highlighting its characteristic features.The purpose of this work is to analyze the legislative language of Russia and China,to identify the general and the particular in its features,analyze the text of Chinese and Russian Contract Law.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research status of the background and significance of this study,the dynamic analysis and research contents and methods;the second chapter introduces the basic theory of Chinese and Russian civil legislation language comparison,and introduces the concept,characteristics and functions of the legislative language,furthermore,study Chinese and Russian civil legislation;the third chapter introduce the comparison of the legislative language of the Contract Law from the four aspects,the Contract Law texts are analyzed in order to put forward the legislative characteristics,similarities and differences of legislative language;the fourth chapter introduces Chinese and Russian civil legislation comparing to each other,and put forward Chinese and Russian legislative text translation problems.
