A Study Of Craftsmanship In The Perspective Of Socialist Core Values

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress that it is necessary to “promote the spirit of the model worker and the spirit of the craftsmen,and create a glorious social atmosphere and an ethos of dedication to excellence”.Prime Minister Li Keqiang proposed in his 2016 government work report that “we should foster the spirit of craftsmanship for excellence”.In the 2017 government work report,he once again proposed to “vigorously promote the spirit of craftsmen and build the culture of craftsmen”,stressing that “the soul of quality is from the spirit of craftsmen".What's more,the craftsman spirit was mentioned at several important conferences showing that the craftsman spirit was affirmed and valued by the party and state leaders.To vigorously nurture and promote the craftsman spirit of excellence is the need to practice the core values of socialism,the inevitable requirement for the transformation of China from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power,and the inevitable requirement for the Chinese nation to rejuvenate the Chinese dream.The core value of socialism is a concentrated embodiment of the contemporary Chinese spirit and Chinese values,and condenses the common values of the whole nation.There are important theoretical and practical values to adhere to the core values of socialism to lead and nurture the craftsman spirit of excellence,making the spirit of artisan become the value orientation and spiritual pursuit of the entire society and the whole nation.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction about background,purpose,research status and research methods of the topic,as well as the focus,difficulty and innovation of this thesis.The second part is an overview of socialist core values and craftsmanship,including the formation and formulation of the core values of socialism with basic connotations,the background and basic connotation of the spirit of craftsmanship,and the relationship between the socialist core values and the craftsmanship.The third part is about the contemporary value of the craftsman spirit under the view of socialist core values.This part expounds that the cultivation of artisan spirit is conducive to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,is conducive to the formation of a good society,and is conducive to the realization of personal self-worth.The fourth part is about the path choice for the cultivation of artisan spirit under the perspective of socialist core values.On the one hand,through the family education that pays attention to the spirit of artisans,the school education for craftsmanship is strengthened,and the vocational education for the spirit of chemical industry is strengthened.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit is integrated into education for all.On the other hand,by relying on the traditional culture of Chinese craftsmen,it has strengthened the spiritual and cultural awareness of chemical and craftsmen and built a platform for artisan spirit propaganda to incorporate the cultivation of artisan spirit into cultural construction.At the same time,through strengthening the supervision and management of quality,improving the intellectual property system,improving the incentive mechanism for talent evaluation,and establishing a sound institutional system conducive to fostering the spirit of craftsmen.
