The study of the connotation of "justice" in socialist core values is a very important practical and theoretical issue.On February 24,2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important speech on cultivating and promoting socialist core values.It calls for strengthening the construction of core values.To carry forward and cultivate socialist core values,the first thing to do is to understand the profound connotation of socialist core values.On the basis of understanding the connotation of core values,we can better carry out targeted publicity and education."Justice" has always been one of the goals pursued by human beings,and a well-functioning society needs to be judged on the basis of "justice".At the present stage,the Party and the state bring "justice" into the social level of socialist core values,which shows the Party's determination to build a just society.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to deeply explore the connotation of "justice" in socialist core values.At the same time,it has important theoretical value and practical significance to excavate the connotation of justice.At the theoretical level,we can deepen our understanding of the Marxist concept of justice and the core values of socialism,and at the practical level,it has an important guiding significance for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the promotion of social equity and justice.In view of the analysis of the connotation of "justice" in socialist core values,the author mainly starts from three aspects.Firstly,starting from the western justice,combining with the ancient Chinese justice thought,guided by the Marxist concept of justice,we explore the theoretical origin and ideological basis of "justice" in the socialist core values.It traces the origin of "justice" in socialist core values.The second aspect,from the analysis of justice and related concepts,elaborates the differences and links between justice and equity,justice and other social core values,and excavates the connotation of "justice" in socialist core values.The third aspect,from the perspective of the basis,performance and goal of justice,expounds the true meaning of justice,and expounds the uniqueness of "justice" in the socialist core values.In a word,the connotation of "justice" in the socialist core values is rich.It absorbs the essence of Chinese ancient and western justice thoughts,adheres to the guidance of Marxism,and combines the actual development situation of modern and contemporary China.It is a socialist justice with Chinese characteristics.
