E-governance is extensively recognized as an effective tool of service delivery by all developed nations overall and developing nations like Nepal specifically.The motivation behind the investigation is to find out the implementation impact of e-governance in rural health in Nepal.In addition,this study aims to identify the major factors,which are creating a tough situation to implement and operate e-governance in the health of rural Nepal and how those problems can solve,what are the solutions for them.It will help to analyze the strength and weakness of e-health in rural Nepal.The results will be beneficial for the government and related agencies to make the rule and regulations.For the primary data,we have prepared citizens and public health staffs questionnaire that capture details regarding age,education,occupation and departments of responders.In total 280 questionnaires were distributed to get information and collect the data.The qualitative and quantitative both research approaches were led.Primary data were collected utilizing selfdirected questionnaire survey from simple random samples drawn.The public health workforce and the nearby citizens were taken part as responders in the questionnaire survey.In other hand,secondary data were collected from various sites of the government,articles,and related newspapers and so on.The constructs in this study were made by utilizing estimation scales embraced from previous studies.Data were analyzed utilizing Microsoft Excel(2016)and SPSS(20)program.Furthermore,Normalization Process Theory framework was used to analyze the findings.The study exposed that the government of Nepal implemented the e-governance in rural health centers and impact of e-governance in rural health has positive on some cases and negative in some cases and also analyze the government effort on health before and after the e-health implementation.Furthermore,the researcher found still there is some challenges to implementing e-health in rural areas.Conferring to the responses and ANOVA analysis,lack of knowledge about e-health of citizens,unavailability of sufficient investment from the government side,shortage of skilled health workforce,deficiency of information in frastructure,unavailability of internet and electricity and lack of training for health staffs are the major barrier for the rural e-health.In addition,the utilization of ICT in the rustic zones are categorized by the following as a result of the present difficulties facing e-health implementation such as unavailability,unreliability,inaccessibility and lack of skills and proposed the steps to the government.By following these means,the government will be skilled to strategy and easily measure the outcomes as the implementation procedure earnings in the various steps.This study and their results have some limitations and indicate directions for further research towards better e-governance and e-health.
