China is about to become a population aging society and is faced with the social problems of the growing number of empty nesters caused by population movements.Under the background of the Internet+,the concept of smart home support and community care has been proposed.The research content of this topic is based on multi-round dialogue management to realize an intelligent interactive terminal for the field of endowment services,so that the elderly can stay at home to obtain a variety of old-age services,convenient and rapid realization of home care.In order to realize smart home care,this article mainly studies the following four aspects:(1)In order to remove the complicated interface operations in the traditional reservation service,this article interacts with users through dialogues and proposes a multi-round dialogue management model based on service tree.First,we organize the tree into a tree structure based on the information of the elderly care service,and then convert the user input into the service semantic framework defined in this paper.After the semantic framework is obtained,the service tree is populated,and the answer focus is found according to the answer focus inference strategy.The dialog generation function gets the answer to the user.(2)In order to reduce the learning cost for users,the user does not need to know the services the system can provide.It only needs to describe the problems currently faced,and the system can determine the services required by the user through the user’s intentions.In order to determine the implicit user intention,this paper expresses the service as the ontology of the 5-tuple,constructs the domain ontology knowledge base and domain custom dictionary,and based on them,carries out user inference and establishes the user’s required services.In order to make up for the lack of custom dictionary in the field,we constantly update the dictionary and knowledge base based on the word2 vec algorithm based on user input.(3)Due to the existence of incomplete requirements of user requirements,this paper constructs a service attribute feature matrix based on service individual and attribute values,selects specific attributes through the SSHS algorithm and asks users,and it supplements the user demand claims in the process of continuous user interaction.Recommend to the user the most suitable individual service.(4)As the elderly may exist in the situation of thinking jump,etc.,in order to provide personalized intelligent reminding to the user,this article based on the user’s personal historical data to obtain the influencing factors between historical services and build a service pattern map,based on the service pattern map reasoning algorithm to mine the current Potential user needs.Finally,this paper carries out experimental verification of each module.The experimental results show that the proposed method has practical application value,and develops an interactive service terminal based on java+spring boot+my Sql.The main services provided by the interactive terminal include the appointment of a housemaid,cleaning,cleaning and maintenance of home appliances,and food delivery.Since the user is a special group of the elderly,the interactive terminal implements voice recognition and voice dictation functions,enabling the user to interact with the voice input and voice broadcast in addition to the text input and complete the service appointment.In addition,users can also manage their basic blood pressure,body temperature and other basic information through the interactive terminal.
