Justice is the important objectives of the development of human society,is the essential demand of socialism.In promoting the process of constructing socialist harmonious society,justice as the core of socialist value pursuit and value goal is our common practice.At present,our country is in the period of social transition and sharp contradictions,maintaining social fairness and justice,is a balanced interests of diversification,the basic way to resolve social conflicts,and maintain national stability,consolidating the party's ruling status of the practical need.Grassroots police as a member of social fairness and justice,in the fight against crime,guarding the people's life and property security plays an important role.However,through questionnaire survey,in real life,a series of problems still exist in the process of law enforcement,such as the wrong concept of law enforcement,not strictly abided by the law enforcement procedures and enforcement entity injustice,etc.The causes of these problems are various,main cause is that some basic-level police's objective consciousness is not strong,the political quality is not high,the law regulation is not enough for this refinement,etc.To this end,we must be multi-pronged: first,strengthen grass-roots police fair values education,use fair values to guide and standardize the specific law enforcement behavior;second,promote grass-roots police legal accomplishment and strengthen the supervision of grassroots police aspects,ensure the basic-level police in enforcing the law enforcement and justice.At last,improve the external law enforcement environment and solve the trouble back at home of police,create good conditions for basic-level police law enforcement fair.The paper is divided into four parts,the first part is introduction,mainly to the topic research purpose and research on the theoretical and practical significance,and tease out the related research status at home and abroad as well as the innovation points and the main approaches to the study of the topic;the second part is mainly on the fairness and the concept of people's police justice theory,this paper discusses the connotation of grassroots police fairness and fulfills the concept of justice standards,and analyzes the basic-level police practice of fair values are of special importance;the third part goes through the questionnaire survey form,points out the problems in basic-level policemen in the practice of fair values,and the existing problems are analyzed;the fourth part focus on the grass-roots police practice fair values existing problems and put forward the corresponding solutions,provides some countermeasures and suggestions for grass-roots police when practicing fairness.
