Research On The Characteristics Of Corruption Behavior Of Central Government Department Cadre

Corruption,one of the problems along with human histories,is a political cancer.Corruption has find it soil and breeds in the process of social transformation since the reform and opening up in China,and among them central government department cadre corruption has extreme vile impact,preventing China from the further social and economic development and from achieving her goals of the primary stage of socialism.China has to eradicate central government department cadre(CGDC)corruption.The central government department cadre corruption has caused extraordinary attention from the party and our country,and it becomes the hotspot for academic research.Under the very situation that China is in the critical period of economic transformation and is in the very stage of finishing building a moderately prosperous society,it is extremely important to against corruption,especially the central government department cadre corruption.Since the 18 th National Party Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),our country has entered an unprecedented stage of anti-corruption,and the party and our country have spared no effort in fighting corruption,especially in the fight against corruption in the central government department cadres.However,different corruption cases of central government department cadres behave with huge differences in objects and behavior,and it is very important to efficiently get their behavior and characteristics from analyzing numerous cases,and using behavior and characteristics to support making efficient decisions for eradicating corruption.In this paper,we develop professional computer analysis tools to analyze the 148 public cases since the 18 th National Party Congress from the Commission for Discipline Inspection website as sample cases,expound the vile impacts to the party and the country caused by the central government department cadres corruption,analyze these cases from dimensions of their object,behavior,and consequence,conclude behavior and characteristics of central government department cadres corruption,and give suggestions on making efficient policies for eradicating central government department cadres corruption.
