Research On Reemployment Of Social Work Intervention In Disabled Groups

The work-related disability groups were originally ordinary laborers who contributed to the vigorous development of China’s economy.Most of them went to work in unfamiliar cities in order to live and work.However,due to accidents at work,they were in trouble,and life and the environment have undergone tremendous changes.Cannot face the future life again.Disability-reducing groups also belong to the handicapped and are a special part of the handicapped.The issue of work-related injuries has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.The State has also issued a series of laws and regulations concerning the protection of the rights and interests of industrial injury groups such as the Labor Law,the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance and the Regulations on the Protection of Disabled Persons.Provide more protection for the disabled who are disabled at work.Most of the studies on the problem of industrial injury groups in China are theoretical research on social security system.At present,there are few studies on the issue of re-employment of industrial injury groups from the perspective of social work.After the recovery of the body,the work-related groups have to struggle through their inner strenuous struggle to regain the courage to return to society.In the process,what kind of characteristics they exhibit,what problems and difficulties will they have,and what causes this? Difficulties? The study of these issues not only has important theoretical significance,but also can reflect its practical significance.Therefore,this study takes the social support theory and the theory of empowerment as the guide,and takes the example of the work-related disability groups exposed during the internship of L social workers in Foshan City as an example.Using questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,it has acquired a wealth of relevant information on this group.First-hand information on the status quo of the re-employment of disability-reduced groups in our country and the main problems faced by them are analyzed,and the main reasons for this state are considered.After researching with other colleagues in the organization,it was found that the factors affecting the reemployment of work-related injury groups in our country mainly include "lack of self-confidence,low self-esteem," "low level of education," "disability level," and "limitation of household registration.".After an in-depth analysis,it was found that the causes of this phenomenon were the result of the lack of interactions at the individual,family,and social levels.Finally,based on the needs of the disability groups for work-related injuries,and under the premise of analyzing the basic conditions of disability groups for L-work injuries,targeted public disability disability groups are promoted to promote the relevant reemployment policies,and through study groups and self-confidence.Improve the team and employment skills training team to provide support for further re-employment.
