Study On The Problems Of Rural Pension Fault In YS County Of Linyi City

With the acceleration of the aging process and the continuous adjustment of the family structure,the old-age pension in rural areas is facing unprecedented challenges.The old-age security problem of the elderly has aroused widespread concern in the academic community.By combing the research literature of the old-age problem,we can find that most of the domestic scholars focus on the research of urban old-age problems;in the study of rural pension problems,most of the research focuses on the research of economic supply;the research group focuses on the older or incompetent elderly,and there are few research on the elderly support for the elderly.In view of this situation,this paper,under the background of population aging,uses the theory of social demand,the theory of welfare pluralism and the theory of support system for the aged,and tries to analyze the problem of rural pension fault in the social transformation.This paper is based on the problem of "rural pension fault in YS County of Linyi city".Based on the research results of external support for the aged,the causes and Countermeasures of the rural old-age fault in YS County of Linyi are systematically discussed through field surveys and interviews.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter introduces the background,significance,research methods,technical routes,innovation points and some research trends at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly defines the basic concepts of the theme of the article,and analyzes the management theory that needs to be used in the article.In order to provide theoretical support for solving the problem of the problem of pension fault,the third chapter introduces the specific regional general situation of YS County in the investigation area,and analyzes the present situation of rural pension faults from the perspective of economic supply,life care and spiritual comfort by means of field investigation;the fourth chapter is on the field.On the basis of the results of the investigation,the reasons for the emergence of the pension fault in YS county are analyzed from the aspects of economy,policy and culture,which lay the foundation for the solution of the rural pension fault.The fifth chapter is the root of rural economic development in rural areas,and the increase of residents' income is the root of solving the problem of rural old-age fault.The primary group function of the family is thefoundation of solving the problem of the pension fault,and the community and the third party organizations are the important supplements to solve the problem of rural pension fault.This research has deeply analyzed the status and root of the rural pension fault in YS County of Linyi,and put forward the solution in three aspects of national policy,social organization and family.It provides some ideas for solving the problem of pension fault in other rural areas,and provides some reference for solving the problem of pension fault in the future.
