Study On The Construction Of Rural Custom Civilization In Minority Area Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress that "the strategy of Rural Revitalization should be implemented.Agricultural and rural peasants are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood.We must always take solving the "three rural" issues as the top priority of the Party's work.The strategy of Rural Revitalization is a new idea on the future development of rural areas based on a deep understanding of the current urban and rural development in China.Since 2003,the issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" has been attached great importance.In order to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",various supporting policies and strategies have been adopted.However,from the point of view of past policies and means,most of them prefer to cities,and rural areas belong to subordinate status.The strategy of Rural Revitalization has clearly defined the relationship between urban and rural areas and put rural areas in the same important position as urban areas,which is also true.It is the embodiment of social equity.At the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the new rural construction goal of "production and development,well-off life,civilized rural style,clean and tidy village appearance,democratic management" was put forward.The strategy of Rural Revitalization put forward the general requirements of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,civilized rural style,effective governance and affluent life".Thus,it can be seen that the construction of rural culture is of far-reaching and significant significance in rural construction.The Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the goal of building a new socialist countryside,and the Nineteenth National Congress put forward the general requirements of the strategy ofrural revitalization.Both of them pay attention to rural construction and point out the direction for rural construction.Taking Anjiang Village,Huangping County,Guizhou Province as an example,this paper starts with the concept of rural culture,This paper expounds the significance of the construction of rural culture in minority areas,then analyses the achievements,experiences and problems of the construction of rural culture in minority areas,and probes into the path of the construction of rural culture in minority areas.Through the research on the construction of rural culture in minority areas,we can understand the achievements,experiences and shortcomings in the construction of rural culture in minority areas in China at present,and put forward the measures to solve the shortcomings as far as possible.We hope that through our own research,we can provide some theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of rural culture in minority areas of our country,so as to enrich our country.The theory of rural construction in rich ethnic areas promotes the harmony and development of ethnic areas.This paper mainly explains the construction of rural culture in ethnic minority areas under the background of the strategy of Rural Revitalization from five parts:The first part discusses the related problems of rural culture construction from four aspects.Firstly,the definition and connotation of related concepts;secondly,the background of the times for the construction of rural culture;thirdly,the theoretical basis for the construction of rural culture;fourthly,the dialectical relationship between Rural Revitalization and the construction of rural culture,its characteristics and their construction objectives are discussed.The second part discusses the significance of the construction of rural culture in ethnic minority areas.The main contents are as follows: firstly,the construction of rural culture is the objective requirement of rural revitalization;secondly,the construction of rural civilization is conducive to the development of economic culture in minority areas;thirdly,rural civilization construction is conducive to rural governance in minority areas.The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of rural civilization construction in minority areas by taking Anjiang Village,Chong'an Town,Huangping County,Guizhou Province as an example.Firstly,it gives an overview of Anjiang village;secondly,itstudies the achievements of the construction of rural culture in Anjiang village;thirdly,it discusses the problems existing in the construction of rural culture in Anjiang village;fourthly,analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the construction of the wind civilization in Anjiang village.The fourth part explores the challenges and opportunities facing the construction of rural civilization in minority areas.The first section mainly discusses the challenges faced by the construction of rural culture in ethnic minority areas;the second section is about the opportunity of local style civilization construction in minority areas.The fifth part puts forward the principles and paths for the construction of rural civilization in minority areas.The first section is the basic principle that should be followed in the construction of folklore civilization in minority areas;the second section is the realization path of the construction of folklore civilization in minority areas.
